Recommendation to accept a FY24 Homemaker subgrant award from the State of Nevada, Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) in the amount of [$364,000.00; $54,600.00 county match] retroactive from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 to provide Homemaker services to seniors aged 60 or older in Washoe County; retroactively authorize the ADSD approved designee for the Acting Director of the Human Services Agency to execute the grant award documents; and direct the Comptroller's office to make the necessary budget amendments. The purpose of this grant is to support the continuum of care, with the goal of assisting in independent living and preventing premature institutionalization. Human Services Agency.
