Recommendation to authorize contract to purchase a new Court Case Management System from Journal Technologies joinder off the Douglas County request for proposal for a Court Case Management System at a cost of [$1,590,000] per the contract terms. Partial funding for the purchase has been budgeted in the County's Fiscal year 24 adopted budget within the Capital Improvement Plan [$1,300,000]. Remaining funding for this contract will be funded with grant funds [up to $350,000] from the State of Nevada.
