Public hearing: Appeal of the Washoe County Board of Adjustment's inability to approve Amendment of Conditions Case Number WAC23-0007 for Variance Case Number WPVAR19-0001 (Greenview HOA Garages). The amendment of conditions is a request to extend for one year the requirement that the building permit shall be issued on or before June 4, 2024, for a one single car garage and one two-car garage in the common area.
