Hello,
My name is John Krolick and I am the Owner/Broker of Alpine Realty International which represents the Reindeer Lodge site located on the Mount Rose Highway. As you know this property has been for sale. I have been working with an investor (whom I can not disclosure) on a project for this property for this past year. The buyer will want a large amount of items located on the property however those items have not been identified as of yet. There has been much interest in uses such as boat storage, condos however we feel a master project development with this site and the Tannenbaum 5 acre tourist commercial site would have a much greater economic impact to the region.We are greatly aware of the neighbors concern of the existing condition of the property however we feel the we are working towards creating a long term vision. We do have a video of possible vision and would be happy to provide via email. Thank you.
regarding agenda item 9.e.1 for 11.14.23- recommendation to approve the reclassification of a Librarian II, pay grade 16, to Librarian I, pay grade 14
I do not know the specifics of this, but it appears to be a cut in pay. If that is the case, I feel anyone currently in the Librarian II position should be grandfathered in to their current pay scale. If I am wrong and a 16 to 14 is in fact a pay increase, then I am in agreement.
