Recommendation to retroactively accept the FY 2024 Office of Traffic Safety award from the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety [amount not to exceed $25,000.00, 25% In-Kind county match required] as administered through the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety, to cover overtime costs related to conducting DUI saturation patrols, for the grant term of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 and if approved, direct Comptroller's Office to make the necessary budget amendments and authorize Sheriff Balaam to execute grant award documents.
