Recommendation to retroactively accept the Second Amendment and Assignment of the Grant Agreement and Notice of Subgrant Award in the amount of [$1,709,550 ($854,775 per fiscal year, annual balances are not allowed to roll); no county match] from Nevada Clinical Services, Inc. and managed by the State of Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health retroactive from June 30, 2023 through June 30, 2025 to provide crisis and jail diversion services through a Mobile Outreach Safety Team (MOST Team) to individuals with a mental health condition who have come into contact with law enforcement; authorize Sheriff Balaam to execute the subgrant award and related documents; and direct the Comptroller's Office to make the necessary budget amendments.
