Recommendation to approve budget amendments totaling an increase of [$24,092.00] in both revenues and expenditures to the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) / Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Resources (ASPR) BP3 Carryforward Funds Grant retroactive to July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, and direct the Comptroller's office to make the necessary budget amendments.
