My family and I have been direct neighbors with silver circle ranch MANY years. It has never brought any issues of traffic or smell. I see nothing wrong with an indoor arena being built. Not only will it be good for the horses, as they can't just stand in a stall all winter, and the kids will get to remain riding and a lot of kids ride for therapy!! It makes them happy and why would anyone want to take happiness away from any child with the world we live in today. That answer should be not one person. We also have horses, they are great to have but need somewhere dry in the winter to run around a bit. I am all for the arena and giving happiness to kiddos. Those 4 walls and roof aren't going to change anything at silver circle but make it better for kids and horses and the trainer, whom won trainer of the yr!!! We just want a loving and happy neighborhood and we see no reason this shouldn't be allowed. Please allow the arena, thankyou, Viola Sanders
