Recommendation to approve the submission of the following grants to the State of Nevada Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for funding consideration: Sidehill Drive Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project, in the amount of $594,300; and Gerlach Infrastructure Updates Project, in the amount of $740,000; priority ranking for the applications recommended as follows: Sidehill Drive Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project priority one, and Gerlach Infrastructure Updates Project priority two; and if approved, authorize the Chair to execute the documents concerning same. My wife and I (Kristin Derrin) fully support this topic. Both our children attend Saint Clairs. We have been home-schooling up until mid-last year due to a lack (zero) of Christian schools in Incline Village. The school has been extremely positive for our family, and we do not think we could live in Incline Village without it.
