Recommendation to: 1) approve Fiscal Year 2025 Street and Highway Projects Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Washoe County, the City of Reno, and the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC); and 2) approve the Fiscal Year 2025 Street and Highway Projects Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Washoe County, the City of Sparks, and the RTC; for the RTC Fiscal Year 2025 Program of Projects that were identified and approved in the RTC Fiscal Year 2025 Regional Transportation Plan Update. The agreements identify regional roadway projects and priorities with construction project estimates of $138 million determined by RTC and funding sources.
