Recommendation to approve an increase to the Public Service Intern classification (class code 60000040) from a current pay range of $11.25 - $14.62 per hour to $15.00-$20.00 per hour and delimit the Public Service Intern (M) classification (class code 60019101), pay range of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, effective March 25, 2024, and to authorize Human Resources to apply future pay range increases to keep pace with the current pay structure and to respond to the current labor market; and authorize Human Resources to make the necessary changes.
