We are apparently allowed only limited characters for comment, even though what I wrote would take less than one minute to say. Here is the balance of my comments on Item 11:
With regards to “Use of Fire”: In the staff report, it is not clear if new restrictions on the use of fire are limited solely to public places or if weed torches would no longer be allowed to be used on private property. Clearly, propane tanks on private property cannot be included, but what about propane tanks on RVs? When n RV is parked for the day, for example, whether on private property, a public road, or a business or public parking lot, the propane is typically left on because the refrigerator uses propane to maintain cool temperatures. It is not clear if this would be forbidden under the language in the staff report. Depending on the actual intent, the language in the staff report appears overly restrictive.
