Recommendation to approve the Second Amendment to the contract between Washoe County and NaphCare, Inc. to expand NaphCare, Inc.'s scope of services by adding American Society of Addiction Medicine ("ASAM") Assessments as an enhancement to Mental Health Court evaluations and Mental Health evaluations (Pre-Sentencing) upon referrals from the County through the Public Defender, Alternative Public Defender, conflict attorneys and/or their designees, or any other county or State entity authorized by law at a cost of $200 per ASAM evaluation (no fiscal impact).
