I wish to bring to your attention about the rude treatment I received by a female Washoe 311 representative duriing a recenet phone call. The matter was brought to the attention of Bethany Drysdale, manager but so far I believe that the complaint is not being addressed sufficiently. In short, representatives do not provide names, are very rude, put constituents on hold indefinitely, transfer them to dead end extensions or take themselves off of the queue. Additionally, when complaints are made, justifications are made by supplying fake accounts of the circumstances. I think that this matter is a cause for concern and should be brought to your attention and I would like to discuss at length. Thank you.
