Recommendation to accept a funding increase to the Justice Assistance Grant award approved on August 15, 2023, [amount not to exceed $2,856.86 no County match required] as administered through the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety Office, Office of Criminal Justice Assistance, to cover the cost of training and travel associated with the training for the Special Operations Division, and for the retroactive extended grant period of February 7, 2023, through September 30, 2024, and if approved, direct Comptroller's Office to make the necessary budget amendments.
