Recommendation to: (1) award a bid and approve the Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Washoe Golf Course Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Replacement Project - PWP-WA-2024-171 [staff recommends Acco Engineered Systems Inc., in the amount of $481,450.00.00]; and (2) approve a separate project contingency fund [in the amount of $88,550.00 for a total construction cost not to exceed $570,000.00]. The Project is located at 2601 S. Arlington Street, Reno, Nevada and the scope of work is to replace HVAC equipment in the Washoe Golf Clubhouse that has reached the end of useful life and will be replaced with a modern and efficient HVAC system.
