8.E.1. Recommendation to approve agreement with the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to act as fiscal agent for the Regional Behavioral Health Initiatives Fund which will accept donations and contributions to be designated to support the region's efforts to build out an improved behavioral health Crisis Response System. Future contributions would be used to support other regional behavioral health initiatives. Per section 6 of the fund agreement, an administrative fee will be deducted from the fund balance and allocated to the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada to perform administrative oversight of the fund. The administrative fee is $400 annually or 1.5% of the average daily balance of the fund to be paid annually, whichever is greater.
