Recommendation to: (1) award a bid and approve the Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Regional Public Safety Training Center Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) Upgrade Project, PWP-WA-2024-085 [staff recommends Mt. Rose Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., for the base bid in the amount of $491,500.00 plus bid alternate 2 in the amount of $54,900.00 for a total amount of $546,400.00]; and (2) approve a separate project contingency fund [in the amount of $31,317.00] for a total project cost not to exceed $577,717.00.
