Recommendation to approve an Interlocal Agreement between Washoe County and the City of Reno to equally share the total cost of security services provided by Allied Universal Security, including dispatch and video monitoring, with each entity paying 50% in an amount not to exceed $133,879.00 annually, for a 1-year retroactive term effective July 1, 2023, and ending on June 30, 2024, with automatic 1-year renewal terms unless terminated by either party. This funding is for a dispatcher at Allied Universal Security who provides services to both the City and County Security Patrol officers on overnight and weekend shifts at city and county facilities.
