I fully support the certification of the vote. I have read the rules that the Commission must abide by and have read no reason to not certify. It seems to me that if someone has issue with the integrity of the vote they should take it up with the Secretary of State not this Commission.

I have been a resident and registered voter in Nevada since 1973. I have full confidence in the ROV to oversee secure elections that produce accurate results. This year I worked as a Poll Worker during both the Presidential and June primaries. In the 22 days I spent working at the Election Centers my view of the ROV has only strengthened. I see no reason why the vote to certify the election results should not be unanimous. As per the advice from the DA at the June 9 meeting, Commissioners would have to have substantial evidence for voting against. I have heard no evidence that would call into question the results of the June primary as submitted by the ROV. I will attend the Jan 16 meeting of the BOCC and speak at greater length. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
