Thomson, Jr. doing business as American Southwest Electric, LLC, in the amount of $1,495,334.00]; and (2) approve a separate project contingency fund [in the amount of $134,564.00] for the total construction cost not to exceed $1,629,898.00. The project is located at 650 Ferrari McLeod Boulevard, Reno, Nevada, and the scope of the project is to upgrade the existing door controls, communication, and integration of the security camera systems at the Washoe County Juvenile Services Facility.
