Recommendation to recruit for the Registrar of Voter's position in accordance with the Department Head Recruitment process for unclassified management employees approved by the Board of County Commissioners on February 28, 2023; and authorize the creation of a new classification and 1.0 FTE Registrar of Voters' Juris Doctorate, at a salary grade of 21 as reviewed and evaluated by Korn Ferry, to allow flexibility in recruitment for the Registrar of Voters' position, with only one Registrar of Voter's position being filled and active at a time while the other position remains vacant and unfunded and direct the Human Resources Department to make the necessary staffing adjustments.
