Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Benedict Engineering (SB Engineering) and Washoe County for additional engineering services for the Hidden Valley Expansion Area Phase I Improvements Permitting and Design Services Project, [in the additional amount of $230,557.00 for a total contract amount of $675,718.00]. The additional professional services include final design for new recycled water irrigation services, on-site irrigation pumps, structural retaining walls, and associated electrical, geotechnical and structural engineering services during bidding through construction.
