Discussion and possible action to amend Resolution R24-62 designated as the "Renew Washoe Libraries Resolution", which approved the submittal of a question to the registered voters of Washoe County at the General Election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, concerning the imposition and effective date of a renewal of certain taxes for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, improving, equipping, operating, and maintaining library facilities for Washoe County Library to correct the amount to be raised for fiscal year 2025-2026 to be approximately $4,500,000, rather than the $1,120,000 as originally stated, retroactive to June 18, 2024, the original approval date of Resolution R24-62.
