Recommendation to approve a Cooperative Working and Access Agreement for Ground and Groundwater Tetrachloroethylene (PCE) Remediation between Gould Properties, LLC, "Landowner" and Washoe County for a term of five years [with an approximate project cost of $175,000.00] for completion of the Kietzke High-Mass Area Remediation Project. The project is located on the corner of Kietzke Lane and Mill Street in Reno, Nevada and will allow Washoe County to conduct activities related to remediation of tetrachloroethene (PCE) from the ground and groundwater on the Landowner's property, with oversight of the State of Nevada Division of Environmental Protection.
