6.C.1. Recommendation and possible action to approve and execute Amendment No. 3 to the One Nevada Agreement which will allow the Nevada Attorney General's Office and outside counsel to pursue claims on behalf of Washoe County against actual defendants [as identified in Exhibit G attached hereto as Exhibit A] who contributed to the opioid epidemic in Nevada and were not previously a part of the ongoing litigation. Amendment No. 3 also allows outside counsel to pursue claims against the Sacklers and their trusts which own Purdue Pharma. District Attorney. (All Commission Districts.) FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
