Recommendation to approve an Easement Purchase and Sale Agreement between Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) (Grantor) and Washoe County (Grantee) for a portion of APN 016-411-23 [at the appraised value of $213,152.00] for a permanent and non-exclusive easement and right of way in gross in, on, over, under, and across the Sewer and Recycled Water Pipelines Easement Area to construct, alter, maintain, inspect, repair, reconstruct, and operate sewer and recycled water and a temporary construction easement for additional access area during construction .
