Recommendation and possible action to accept open roadway dedications of those portions of APN 085-750-01 and APN 085-750-05 which are currently used as public roadways, and to direct the Washoe County District Attorney's office to initiate quiet title action, including a judicial determination regarding the ownership and right of use of the roadway parcels as Washoe County roadways available for public use. The existing roadways are located in Sun Valley and are identified as a portion of 5th Avenue and Chocolate Drive and are allowed for general public use as roadway as allowed by existing property deeds.
