Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2026 Office of Traffic Safety grant award [amount not to exceed $10,000.00, $2,500.00 County match required] as administered from the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety, project number TS-2026-WCSO-1068, for overtime personnel costs associated with instructing the Drive Responsibly Includes Vehicle Education (DRIVE Program) for the grant period of effective date of authorization through September 30, 2026; authorize the Sheriff to retroactively execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
