Recommendation to approve and sign the Second Amendment to the License Agreement dated January 3, 2001, by and between ATC Operating Inc. and Washoe County to extend the term of the License Agreement for a total period of five (5) years, starting January 19, 2026, with option to renew for four additional periods of five years; a fee increase of [$1,309.92] for the first year of the license extension, and a fee increase of five percent (5%) annually thereafter, beginning January 19, 2027; and authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Manager to execute the agreement.
