Recommendation to accept from the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety additional funding [increase of $6,500.00 for a total of $70,500.00, 25% in-kind county match required] as administered through the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety to the Washoe County Sheriff's Office for reimbursement of overtime costs related to conducting traffic enforcement checkpoint events and limited travel expenses, for the retroactive grant period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
