Recommendation to retroactively accept the Third Amendment and Assignment of the Grant Agreement and Notice resulting in an additional amount of $25,000.00 from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, not to exceed $879,775.00 to provide crisis and jail diversion services through a Mobile Outreach Safety Team (MOST Team) to individuals with a mental health condition who have come into contact with law enforcement; retroactively authorize Sheriff Balaam to execute the subgrant award and related documents.
