Recommendation to accept an FY26 Fund to Assist Former Foster Youth (FAFFY program) subgrant award from the State of Nevada, Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) in the amount of [$150,000.00; no county match; including up to $4,000 for participant gift cards and up to $1,000 in participant food purchases] retroactive from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 to provide case management and related services for youth who aged out of foster care; authorize the Director of the Human Services Agency to retroactively execute the grant award; and direct the Finance office to make the necessary budget amendments.
