Recommendation to approve Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Washoe County and HDR Engineering, Inc., [in the amount of $898,133.03 for a total contract amount of $6,203,710.30] for the South Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation 2020 Facility Expansion Project within the South Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility service territory which receives and treats wastewater from both unincorporated Washoe County and areas of the City of Reno in the South Truckee Meadows.
