Recommendation to approve a Sole Source Waiver and retroactively execute a contract with New Hope Placement, PLLC aka Well Care Services Reno for a term of thirteen (13) months commencing January 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026 in an amount not to exceed [$522,254]; and if approved, authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Manager to execute the Agreement and subsequent amendments.
