Recommendation to accept the FY 2026 Office of Traffic Safety grant award from the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety [amount not to exceed $31,500.00, and $10,500.00 In-Kind county match required] as administered through the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety, to support the lease of two (2) Preliminary Breath Test (PBT) kiosks, for the retroactive grant term of October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026; and if approved, direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments and authorize Connie Lucido, County Grants Administrator to execute grant award documents on behalf of DAS grant award documents.
