Recommendation, in accordance with NRS 244.1505 and NRS 433.742, to approve allocation of Washoe Opioid Abatement and Recovery Fund (WOARF) non-bankruptcy funds through the One Nevada Agreement, in the total amount of [$1,067,720], to Washoe County Human Services Agency Housing and Homeless Services Division Street Outreach project and authorize the County Manager to sign necessary award documents.
