Recommendation to: 1) accept the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada Truckee River Fund Grant #316 - Mayberry Park Watershed Protection and Public Restroom Project grant [in the amount of $250,000.00 with a Washoe County cash/in-kind match in the amount of $62,500.00]; and 2) approve a new capital project and Project Agreement with a grant period from January 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027; and 3) authorize the Assistant County Manager [Dave Solaro] to sign the Project Agreement and any subsequent documents related to the grant on behalf of the County; and 4) direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
