During my husband Allen Hauth’s most recent transport to the ER, the response time was remarkably fast. The EMTs / paramedics who cared for him were gentle, efficient, professional, and genuinely compassionate. What stood out just as much as their medical skill was the way they treated ME at such an emotional time. They spoke to me with calm reassurance, explained what was happening, and made sure I felt supported rather than helpless on the sidelines. Their kindness steadied me when I needed it most.
I know they face intense pressures and encounter difficult situations every day, yet they continue to serve with admirable professionalism and humanity. Their dedication deserves recognition and continued support.
