Approve the Grant Agreement from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) providing partial funding in the amount of $200,000.00 retroactive to October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 for the Air Quality Management, EPA Air Pollution Control Program, IO# 12586 and authorize the District Health Officer to execute the Agreement and any future amendments.
