Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2025 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program grant award [amount not to exceed $103,127.50, no County match required] as administered from the Reno Police Department, project number to be determined, for the purchase of Cellebrite software licenses for the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Team to collect, manage, and securely share digital evidence and mitigate cybersecurity threats for the retroactive grant period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2028; authorize the Sheriff to execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
