Recommendation to approve: (1) release of Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Mitigation Funds for use on the Upper Third and Rosewood Creeks Water Quality Improvement Phase I Project [in the amount of $202,346.75]; (2) compensate the Nevada Tahoe Conservation District (NTCD) for engineering and technical support to Washoe County for the Lake Clarity Crediting Program [in the amount of $33,311.00]; and (3) award a bid and approve the Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for the Upper Third and Rosewood Creeks Water Quality Improvement Phase I Project, PWP-WA-2026-301[staff recommends FW Carson Co. in the amount of $809,387.00].
