Recommendation to accept the 2026-2027 Fund for Resilient Nevada LifeSet award from the State of Nevada Department of Human Services Director's Office in the amount of [$1,062,680], including the possible purchase and/or use of prepaid cards/gift cards for participant incentives, retroactive from February 19, 2026 through June 30, 2027; funding will be used to invest in the staffing associated with the LifeSet program for young adults aged 18-21 who have chosen to remain in foster care; authorize the Division Director of Finance & Administration of the Human Services Agency to retroactively execute agreement documents; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
