Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2025 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) grant award [amount not to exceed $93,000.00, $62,000.00 in-kind County match required] as administered from the State of Nevada Office of Emergency Management/Homeland Security, project number to be determined, to support the Northern Nevada Cyber Center (NNCC) through the purchase of digital forensics software, encrypted data transmission software, and NNCC employee cybersecurity training for the retroactive grant period of September 1, 2025 through August 8, 2029; authorize the Sheriff to execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
