Recommendation to retroactively approve an extension to a contract with NaphCare Nevada LLC, originally procured via Request for Proposals (RFP) #3196-23, for three additional years, from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029, in an amount not to exceed [$1,000,000] annually, and if approved, authorize the Purchasing and Contracts Manager to execute the amendment and related documents. The contract will provide competency evaluations, mental health evaluations, risk assessments and other evaluations for the Second Judicial Court, the Public Defender's Office, the Alternate Public Defender's Office, Conflict Attorneys and the District Attorney upon Court Order, or at the request of one of the Departments.
