6.F.3. Recommendation to Acknowledge allocation from the Judicial Council of the State of Nevada to the Reno Justice Court "STAR Court" in the amount of [$2,389.30 for FY27, no match required]. The program focuses on reducing recidivism in offenders who suffer from Opioid Use Disorder by aiding participants with intensive wrap around services through Reno Justice Court and the Human Services Agency STAR Crossroads Program. Participants are provided with sober living services, trauma related treatment, residential treatment, intensive drug and alcohol testing, and transitional living services. The current award funds participant incentives only. The allocation is paid in quarterly installments of $597.32 retroactively July 1st, 2026 through June 30th, 2027.
