Recommendation to accept a fiscal year 2023 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) grant award [amount not to exceed $65,000.00, County match of $21,667.00 required] as administered from the Nevada Department of Public Safety, Office of Criminal Justice Assistance, Federal FY22 project number 15PBJA-23-GG-01551-RSAT, to be used for programmatic supplies, contracted behavioral health specialist, training and travel, and overtime costs for the grant period of October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027; retroactively authorize the Sheriff to execute the award document; and direct Finance to make the necessary budget amendments.
