Recommendation to: (1) Approve Amendment #1 to the Project Funding Agreement for the Upper Third & Rosewood Creeks Water Quality Improvement Project (FTPLR 24-001) [increasing the total award by $1,024,309.82 to the amount of $1,766,767.91 with a Washoe County cash/in-kind match in the amount of $411,691.75 for the project] for the purpose of planning, permitting, design, and construction of the Upper Third and Rosewood Creeks Water Quality Improvement Project, with provisions to receive additional funding for future portions of the project; (2) accept the Upper Third and Rosewood Creeks Water Quality Improvement Project - Amendment No. 1 between Washoe County and CDM Smith effective October 13, 2026, through December 31, 2027, to provide design services for sedimentation and infiltration basins, shoulder stabilization, new storm drain, drainage pattern impacts, and infiltration storm drain for portions of the Upper Third and Rosewood Creeks Water Quality Improvement Project [in the amount of $179,157.82] to support the Lake Tahoe Maximum Daily Load requirements to reduce the pollutant load in stormwater runoff; and (3) direct the Comptroller's Office to make the necessary budget amendments.
