Introduction and first reading of an ordinance amending Washoe County Code (WCC) Chapter 50 (Public Peace, Safety and Morals) to clarify the definition and determination of blight; to add language to the definition of "obstruction" to include reference to public easements; to declare the storage of vehicles or materials as items that may not cause an obstruction; to amend the definition of "public view" to include public access easements and publicly maintained trails; to clarify the term "regularly used location"; and to declare that residing in a recreational vehicle in an unauthorized manner is a public nuisance; and all matters necessarily connected therewith and pertaining thereto.
